Ramona Lisa is Caroline Polachek from Chairlift. Her new solo album "Arcadia" is released tomorrow and it's quite good! There are some strange experimental moments, but when the odd pop numbers hit, they hit with perfection!! And there are plenty! "Dominic" is one of those such poppier moments. Enjoy!
