Little Boots - Taste It

Little Boots is releasing a new EP called "Business Pleasure".  This weird little song is the first she's shared from it.  I didn't really enjoy it the first time I heard it, but the video helped me better feel its odd vibe and now I think it's quite alright!  The EP is a precursor to her upcoming third album due next year!!

Get Well Soon - Mail From Heidegger / Careless Whisper

All through November, the amazing Get Well Soon is releasing a string of three EPs.  The 2nd, "Henry - The Infinite Desire of Heinrich Zeppelin Alfred Von Nullmeyer", was just released and next week will see the final EP "Greatest Hits"!!
I'm presenting a video from both!  First is the gorgeous and haunting "Mail From Heidegger" off of "Henry..." followed by a beautiful cover of George Michael's "Careless Whisper", which will be on the final EP!

((PRESSURES)) are from New Orleans and they make great synth pop tunes!  They released their self-titled, debut EP/mini-LP in August of last year!  I may be catching on a bit late, but at least I'm catching on!  Their newest release is a split single with Roladex (featured yesterday!)

I recently discovered synth-tastic band Roladex through a concert they'll be having with the excellent Cosmetics!  They released their debut album "Anthems for the Micro-Age" at the beginning of the year.  This song is a new single being released as a split with New Orleans synth-poppers ((PRESSURES)).    Note:  I'll be featuring them tomorrow!

I found this band through YouTube recommendations and I am oh so happy I did!  Formed last year, GAPS is a duo from Brighton who make some beautiful & dreamy tunes!  They released a collaborative EP with Maya Jane Coles last year.  On their own they've only released a few singles.  I need more!  Enjoy...

Gwenno - Chwyldro / Calon Peiriant

Gwenno (formerly of The Pipettes) just released her debut solo album after a string of solo EPs dating all the way back to 2002.  She sings in her native Welsh language which is pretty neat.  I can't understand a word of it, but the songs & melodies are so strong, it doesn't matter.  "Y Dydd Olaf" was released by Peski.  Here are a couple of tracks from the album...
