Section 25

Old-school synth/experimental/post-punk band Section 25 are releasing a new album!  I'm so very glad they've drifted their style deep into synth-pop because that is what they do best!  The album "Dark Light" will be released in late-February.  While this isn't an official video, it's at least a nice sampling of what to expect...

Sharon Needles - This Club Is a Haunted House

The ever-amazing Sharon Needles just released her debut album "PG-13" yesterday and here's the first video for lead single "This Club Is a Haunted House".  Not exactly what I was expecting but definitely quite catchy and makes me yearn to hear more!  The collaborations on the album are awesome...Ana Matronic, Amanda Lepore & Jayne County!!

Margaret Berger - I Feed You My Love

So very happy to see Margaret Berger has released a new song!  "I Feed  You My Love" is her entry in the Norwegian song contest "Melodi Grand Prix 2013".  The winner will represent Norway at Eurovision 2013! And I'm very happy to report that Margaret came in 1st place in the 2nd (of 3) semi-finals leading up to the grand finale in early February!  GO MARGARET!

The Knife - Full of Fire

The Knife's new album "Shaking the Habitual" cannot come soon enough!  I LOVE this song and video.  Close to 10 minutes of crazy bliss...

Trust - Heaven

Canadian synth poppers Trust are releasing a new single from their Ooberus-favorite album "TRST".  The song is "Heaven" and I'm simply in love with the chilled out vibe and melody, especially as it reaches its final moments.

Diva Avari

According to Diva Avari's official website, she has a new album out!  It's her 1st album and it's called "Trop Class".  I can't find anything else on it, but oh well!  Listen to the samples and groove!  Then watch the amazingness below!!

Club 8 - Kill Kill Kill

Club 8's new single "Kill Kill Kill" is a haunting little number, coupled with the very haunting imagery of the following video.  Just more reason why I'm a vegetarian!

Marching Band - And I've Never Seen

Here's the newest video from Swedish indie-poppers Marching Band!  The song is taken from their upcoming EP (Jan. 15) titled "And I've Never Seen Anything Like That"!  All the nice dancing makes me want to have someone flip me...as long as someone is also there to catch me!!

David Bowie - Where Are We Now?

Here's the beautiful lead single from David Bowie's new album "The Next Day".  The album comes out in March, just like Suede...YAY!
The video is kinda creepy with the Jib-Jab (thanks Rockyboo) heads!

Pulp + James Murphy

Pulp released this "new" song (actually a re-worked old demo) on Christmas!  James Murphy helped them polish it up!  Lovely! Hopefully Pulp releases more new material in the near future, but reports are making that sound very unlikely.  Boo!
